Shower head was well below average and hot water was not so hot. Room door had no dead bolt and the top lock was not working. No iron or ironing board in the room and when the front desk was notified they said they would send them up but never did. Breakfast was not complementary

HORRIBLE ALL AROUND
Horrible. They are NOT dog friendly, sheets and comfortable has stains, bathroom had mold and flooded when you showered. Doors don’t close properly there’s a gap between door and trimcharge for service animals. Horrible customer service they will literally laugh in your face. Never again Kicked us out for the dog “barking” but infact he wasn’t bc we were literally in the room sleeping. They just steal your money was told id be refunded and nothing.

Never To Return
Pulled up and thought it looked VERY dated. There was no signage with the hotel name on it. The front desk could not find my reservation through hotels.com. I made this reservation for 2 rooms with breakfast included almost a year ago when planning our cruise. They said they got a new system and did not have it. I asked how much it was and was qutoted double the from my reservations. I showed her my email and she honored the price w/ a $50 cash deposit. Went to the room and was not impressed. There was a chair that was falling apart and was place was just sketchy looking. I went back to get a refund and was told no refund. She gave me another room in the inner area looking at the pool and told me that when the other friends got there she would give them a room next door or at least really close. There was an old couch that we would not sit on. There was some good restaurants very close by. We went to the store and bought cleaning lysol wipes and spray to clean it better. My friends came and They did not give them the room near us which a few i saw were vacant. I went with them to there room it was doable for 1 night with some extra cleaning which we did. The grass was uncut in the inner area around the pool. We did not get in the pool. They wanted to charge extra for breakfast so we did not eat there. Went to get our deposit and they could not find it at first. The deposit system seems unorganized. We did finally get the $50 back and survived the night. Never to return.

Simple and can't beat the price.
I took a flyer on Windsor because of economics and I'm glad I did. I normally stay at much more expensive locations that cost literally twice as much. I was alone so didn't need anything grand. I just needed simple, cheap and quiet. There was a problem with the later but the hotel staff handled that deftly. The hotel appears to be an old hotel that a family has taken over to run and remodel. The whole place while old has been completely redone top to bottom. The grounds as well as rooms are clean and don't smell or anything like that. The rooms have been redone completely and look very nice. The only thing I would have wanted differently is a better TV and bed. On the hidden plus side Tmobile data speeds were EXCEPTIONAL here vs. poor at other hotels. The family running the place is super nice and clearly invested in its success by their actions. Seriously though for the price a paid while I was passing through I couldn't be more pleased!

Honestly the staff was plenty nice, and the room was sufficient for the one night stay I had there. However, it's clearly been around a while and definitely hasn't been kept up like the pictures suggest. If you're just looking for a cheap stay near the airport it will do, but I don't think I'd suggest an extended stay.

Don’t go there
The hotel charged my cc twice . I call to talk to manager . They told me I had to leave a massage. I did I never got a return call back to this day . Something was bitting me all through the night . It was clean but u couldn’t sleep. We made a reservation on line and they didn’t have it. What kind of business is this. I would never go back.
