Upon arrival when I got settled in the room I noticed that there was no a remote control for the TV. There after i to the check in desk and she sent me back to the With a broke remote control that did not have a volume button on it. So When I went back and request it for another remote. She told me to wait as she checked in another couple that had reservatioas opposed to taking care of the dilemma that I have. The room that i check into wich was 208 so I woke up to discover that there was no hot water working the shower are sink Which inconvenience my day because I wasn't able to wash my face or my body. This. Is absolutely the worst hotel that I ever rented from. There was hair on the wall that wasn't cleaned thev Furniture was retro and torn apart. Monday morning, I'm calling. The city of Irvin for city ordinance code of conduct for not having hot water.
The room that i was rented was not properly clean and had hair follicles on the wall.
The furniture is old and Tearing apart
The shower wall is Hideous with water damage

Wonderful staff and Updated clean spacious rooms.

Wonderful stay at this super 8 location. the staff is wonderful at this location! From the front desk to the cleaning staff,they are understanding and patient. They tend to the guest very professionally and to the extent they can go or provide. They help out with shuttles too and from the airport. The rooms have a great amount of space and are more modern and updated then most hotels in the price range $50-$130 per night.They as well are very clean and comfortable and they have great units to control the rooms temperature. It's one of the best super 8/ hotel on a budget I have stayed at. I can even compare their service to a high end hotel such as the Omni hotels I have stayed at. I definitely recommend this super 8 too anyone who may be traveling for business or leisure or anyone doing a staycation.

The hotel advertises “breakfast included,” but the only thing they offer is a coffee machine. When I asked at the front desk about the breakfast, they simply pointed to the coffee machine. It’s embarrassing. They should not advertise that breakfast is included when all they provide is a coffee machine — with no milk, no sugar, nothing — just cold coffee. The non-smoking rooms smell terrible, strongly of marijuana. The carpets are filthy, and the rooms themselves are extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Honestly, do not stay at this hotel. It’s incredibly bad. I don’t understand how the staff can allow the hotel to be in this condition if cleaning and maintenance are their responsibilities. Also, the airport shuttle service does not work. When you call the front desk, no one answers — I tried several times and nobody ever picked up. The receptionist is empty all the time. no one at the reception to help you Please avoid this hotel. It’s a terrible experience

There was mold and the paint by the tub in the bathroom was peeling off and left an unpleasant sight on the wall and the show did not worked, but the rest of the room was fine.

Awesome and friendly stay

This is by far the best hotel I stayed at with moderate prices. The staff here is very friendly and so helpful and very understanding. The rooms are a very nice size well maintained and kept up with snd very clean

DO NOT STAY HERE HORRIBLE

The room was in hortibke shape, smelled straight like pee.. offered another room that smelled worse. I had to pay $100 deposit for a room that was $59 then they regused to give me a receipt saying they don't do that. I paid for a room with free breakfast to no coffee or breakfast. She said she would put out granola bars that was the free breakfast. I asked for a manager she gave me 2 different names then handed me a card with neither name and a # to the front desk. I know bc i called right in front of her. So since i was demanding a receipt bc 1- got to my left didn't have to pay deposit 2- lady to my right had fraudulent charges from them on her card due called the police on me for asking for a receipt. I was not hostile.
