Location + location !!!+++
We arrived into Rome late in the evening and didn’t check into the Wonder loft until around 11pm. We communicated via WhatsApp to meet our greeter for keys. Because of the late check-in we had to pay 30 euros in cash. This is as very unfortunate additional fee although is mentioned in the small print (I checked after payment). It felt like a penalty fee. The space itself is wonderful, spacious and the location is a 5 star +++++. It’s right at the Piazza Trilusa. The space is functional and we had two beds for our family of 4. One double bed and a double sofa bed that was surprisingly comfortable. The kitchenette was equipped with the basics except a toaster. The pros: the location. You just can’t beat it. (If you want to be in the Center of the nightlife and wonderful food). The spaciousness of the accommodation. The cons: late check-in fee. No toaster in the kitchen. Smart TV but no channels to watch - unless you use your own subscription services like Netflix. The beds were provided with sheets but no comforter. Couldn’t find a blanket anywhere in the space. There is no service for the week we were there. No sheets changed and no towels replaced. They only provided 4 bath and 4 hand towels for the duration. The washing machine barely worked. The spin function didn’t work and left our laundry soaking wet. The vacuum was falling apart.
If you want a great location, can’t find better. Accommodation is ok but nothing more.
