Fantastic hotel, highly recommended and a great location to everything you want to see in Hamburg. Room was clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and accommodating the moment we walked through the doors. Lovely pool and gym amenities. If you have a late flight they will let you stay an hour 3-6 hours for a fee but it's worth it if you don't want to carry your bags everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

Extremely outdated and expensive.
The interior is simply outdated, it is not a pretty hotel at all. The price level at the hotel is way too high in comparison to other hotels they want to compare themselves to. The spa area is the most outdated part. Do not pick this hotel because of the spa.

Thank you to the amazing staff
My friend and I stayed 2 nights here this month. The location was great, walking distance to the attractions we wanted to see in the city and easy to access by public transport from the airport. We used the pool and spa facilities twice during our stay and they were great. Our room was spacious and comfortable. During our stay I suffered a medical emergency due to a pre-existing condition and as a result had to go to hospital. Throughout this emergency the staff were amazing. They looked after me and my friend and were so accommodating after our stay. I am very grateful to them, in particular David.

Good hotel - service is terrible
The hotel is great, service is terrible. We travelled with two friends - stayed Friday-Sunday. Saturday morning, we could not get a breakfast table for 4 persons, 2 tables were "free" but reserved, we were told quite harsh. Saturday evening, we booked a table for 4 persons in the reception - for Sunday morning no problem. Then Sunday morning, the same waiter (Yara), told us is was not possible to reserve tables for breakfast, so she refused to seat us at a 4 person table. We really felt not-welcome - it was unpleasant. I reccomend the hotel, but find your breakfast somewhere else.

Meget pænt og flot hotel med en super lækker restaurant og god beliggenhed. Lidt skuffet over “spa-afdelingen” som egentlig bare består af en lille pool og et damprum og sauna. Vi havde forventet, at boblebadet i det mindste ville være opvarmet og lidt mere plads til den størrelse hotel.
