I’m not so excited to booking in on your rooftop. I never going to make another one with you unattractive space in : Calle José Gabriel García 309. Zona Colonial. I was waiting out side on the street and they never open the door I was there next days to talk with somebody and no body was there on guess open the door and the place was horrible

No me gusto nada, lo primero es que ofrecen una tarifa engañosa, cuando pagas te cobran unos impuestos que no los transparentan a la entrada, la entrada de esta propiedad es un portón que solo tienen ellos acceso, si vas a salir o algo pasará no podrás abrir la puerta de hierro, te sientes como en una Carcel, al llegar me recibieron dos personas mala vestidas y mugrosas, que no va acorde con lo que uno espera, las habitaciones son de techo bajo, muebles muy poco cómodos, presentan algo muy diferente a la realidad, el baño muy cochino por lo obsoleto que es, la cama poco cómoda, mucho polvo, verán las fotos de las escaleras que son ultra estrechas, no tienen más de 14 pulgadas de ancho, ponen una piscina o jacuzzi que lo tienen lleno de polvo y basura tapado con algo negro encima, donde se supone que si lo presentan en la foto es para usarlo, quieren transmitir una imagen de los sitios turísticos culturales de la zona que no tienen nada que ver, porque el alcazar de Colon está muy lejos de ahí. En definitiva al ver todo eso no tuve otra opción de retirarme y cuando llame al alojamiento me dijeron que habían enviado un correo a expedía, le pedí que me reenviaran ese correo y me dijeron que lo enviarían y al final terminaron bloqueando el acceso a mis llamadas y WhatsApp, lo que representa una falta de respeto y engaño porque me cobraron 46 dólares y no hicieron lo necesario para devolver el pago que me cargaron a mi cuenta. Les exhorto no utilizar los servicios de esta propied

Hidden Gem, we'll be back
A hidden gem in the rooftop of a family house overlooking the Malecón coast road and the ocean. We had the larger room with a modern 24000 BTU air-condition cooling the room immediately whet you get in. The bathroom is a bit tricky but functional. The terrace with a jacuzzi makes us regret that we only could spend short time. Travellers with big luggage or not being physically fit should consider the steep and narrow staircase to the rooftop.
