Pros: Had a great trip here with kids. They had a good time in the pools and kids area all day! We would come back, as it was a good value. Pools, beach, and outdoor areas were nice, views from ocean-view room were truly great!
Cons:
Food: was not good unfortunately, despite there being a good amount of options. (Kids mostly ate hotdogs and pizza and desserts.) Things were either undercooked or burnt under heatlamps. Lots of the food handling didn’t seem too clean. We were here on mostly weekdays but on the weekends they were not able to keep up with the buffet food at the snackbar.
Cleanliness: A couple times common restrooms and drains were backing up and there was no soap.
WiFi: Absolutely horrible. My partner needed to work during the trip in order for us to be able to come on the dates we booked. There was only WiFi on Wednesday. From Thurs-Sat there was no WiFi at all in the rooms and only occasionally intermittently in common areas.
