Not what we expected

Easy beach access, they are remodeling. Our room had a kitchen, but no cookware, and was told by the manager she didn’t know when they would arrive. We went to Walmart and spent over $50 to be able to cook the food we brought for the week. I asked to speak to the manager for a discount, she said, “I am the manager,” I can’t give you a discount, if you don’t have towels or bed sheets, we’re not sure when our linens will arrive. Our room (512), had paint all over the room, splatter on the coffee pot, floor, bathtub, pretty much everywhere you looked. Beware, this is not a resort. But you pay a resort fee to have beach access, complementary breakfast (pastries, yogurt, and coffee), use of the pool, and parking is limited. You may have to park across the road. Pay the extra money elsewhere and enjoy your stay.

In need of a few repairs

Beds were comfortable and clean. The floor of my room was not swept and full of sand. I did find housekeeping and she swept it. Plenty of towels in the room but none at the pool. Renovations were going on during my stay so they are making improvements. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Love seat in my room needs thrown away! Zippers on cushions wouldn't zip and they were filthy/stained. Lighting isn't very good in bathroom and there were stains on there as well. I probably would stay again because of the beach front location and nice pool with pool furniture. Staff was accommodating with any request I had.

Good deal for the price

nice location right on the beach w/beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. An older building which had some amenities not found in newer buildings but also a couple of issues (toilet running. Had to adjust stopper a couple of times). Price was right so no complaints!

Affordable and accessible to many shops

The room was decent for the price. Fit my family of 6 just fine. The hotel is being renovated so it can only get better for future guests. The beach and pool were GREAT! Not crowded, beautiful views! Front desk was very friendly.

At least it was on the beach…

There were extra charges that were not listed prior to booking. We could not enjoy sitting on our balcony or leaving the balcony door open from the constant aroma of marijuana being smoked by guests and staff alike. Roaches and bedbugs were running amuck. The stove and microwave did not work. No hot water in the kitchen sink. The elevators did not work half of the time. The floors were filthy and left our feet black when walking barefoot. On several occasions, workers from the third floor renovation were blocking the stairs and were rude and extremely lewd. Overall, the only good thing about the hotel was the location to the beach.

The room was not clean. I could walk from the bed to the bathroom and my feet were black. Outlet in bathroom did not work. Elevator out of order not fixed the whole week we were there. Asked for towels and someone to clean floor no one showed. Had to go to desk to get towels.

Great stay

Got here on Tuesday and the staff was really great, first time staying here and it will be are go to place to stay in Panama City Beach. They are doing upgrades but not enter fearing with our stay. Reageeat place and affordable. I dont want to leave.

The room was in terrible condition and run down! Not worth the money it cost at all! The hot tub doesn’t work the hotel has 2 dumpsters in the parking lot ! No pots or pans to cook and everything is old and outdated the kitchen is in total need of replacing as well as the bathroom!

Room was not the greatest. Coffee maker was missing parts to be operational. Door to balcony wouldn't close all the way. Place could have used new doors all the way around as they looked warped and noisy. Housekeeping was a no show during our 5 night stay there.
