This hotel was perfect for our week in Venice. Beds were comfy, the shower was wonderful; it is very quiet and clean; the staff is super helpful and friendly. They have a nice little bar for an aperitivo after a day of touring, and there a couple of small but nice restaurants not far down the way in either direction. Other restaurants are not too far away. Breakfast buffet is standard, but with lots of choices. The #1and 2 vaporetti are a 10 minute walk away with a couple (maybe 3?) bridges. There seems to be a water taxi stop in front of the hotel, too. Overall, a great experience.

We enjoyed this hotel’s beauty, location and comfortable accommodations. The entire staff was also very professional and helpful. They helped us book tours and water taxi transportation also. The breakfast at the hotel was also delightful and we enjoyed the courtyard setting. We enjoyed many local restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance from the hotel. The shopping area was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. We highly recommend the Hotel ai More d’Oriente.

Love, love, love the customer service of this hotel. Really had a great experience with all staff members who we came across. Really recommend this spot for those who are here to enjoy Venice and what it has to offer. BTW, their AC is quite reliable during the hot scorching days. I know this is really important specially traveling with small children. They also have a crib option for your baby/toddler.
