The casino/hotel itself was very nice with a variety of different restaurants to choose from...I had issues with my television in my room the entire time I was there...the first night a gentleman had to come to the room to fix the television as it was not working...after getting the television to work every 1-2 hours it would freeze and would have to continually shut off switch in the back of the television...we stayed Friday until Sunday and the room was not cleaned at all Saturday..do not disturb sign was on the door earlier in the morning but were gone noon and came back to the bed not made and wet towels still in the bathroom...bed was comfortable room is very nice

Great weekend getaway!
Went for a weekend outing with a party of 7 couples. We all loved Borgata for its luxury, ease of access and friendliness of the staff. There was lots to do around and we got lots of advice from the hotel staff on modes of transportation as well as recommendations on entertainment etc. The room itself was great with lots of space (sepate toilet) and good linen and towels. We absolutely loved having brunch at the Borgata Buffet as it had loads of delicious options and was value for money.

Nice, will try other hotels before going back
The front desk service was painfully slow and they were unable to locate the second room on my reservation. Hotels.com fixed the discrepancy for me, which was great. I was very disappointed to learn that only one restaurant at the casino was open after 10pm. There were few full breakfast options and the one we had was mediocre. The hotel rooms were large, great bathrooms - with an "executive" toilet, always the best. Very clean, comfy bed (pillows were sad), nice products in the shower, and big open view.
