Not worth the money.
Room smelled like 10 packs of cigeretts were smoked in there at once even though said non smoking and the sink was clogged with disgusting water. Had to brush teeth in the shower.

Over priced for what you get
If you’re planning a trip to Brattleboro, review what you’re getting for the cost. The pool isn’t owned by the motel and has unusual hours with a check in process that is very uncomfortable. The carpet in our room wasn’t vacuumed, the hair products were cheap hand soaps (in a brand-name- refillable containers) there wasn’t a “spa”, and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. For the price, we could have stayed up the street at a much better place. Also, there isn’t any taxi or Uber service in the area so plan accordingly.

I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this motel
I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I’m going to in this instance because I based my decision to book here on the reviews I read, which were terribly misleading This property is old, it hasn’t been updated in forever, and you can’t just stick the word spa in your title and expect it to improve the situation My room smelled bad and was FREEZING and when I turned the heating unit on the room filled with the smell of urine. I had to sleep in sweats and a sweatshirt and I was still very cold. Everything is shabby, of poor quality and questionable cleanliness The photos of the room I booked looked nothing like what I was was checked into. I own a lodging establishment and bust my butt to provide guests a quality experience. These folks should try doing the same instead of misleading the public

This property was the biggest disappointment, I felt unsafe, it was not clean, there were cigarette burns all over the carpet. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. There were holes in the walls. It was so bad we checked out the next morning as soon as the sun came up. O didn't sleep the night before for fear of the safety of myself and my daughter

It's terribly rundown and it felt a bit unsafe. The room was very dingy and the bathroom soap dispenser was gross with caked on liquid soap. (I'm sorry to say, though, that my husband had a stomach flu and vomited all over the bathroom. I cleaned up what I could. I felt terrible about that, to be fair. I'm so sorry. He couldn't help it. The beds, however, are VERY comfortable and the sheets were spotless and fresh.

It appears to be more of a place people live versus a motel for transient travelers. The room smelt heavily of cannabis and was supposed to be nonsmoking. Our lysol couldn’t take care of it. Bed was clean, sparkling white linens I wouldn’t walk in rugs barefoot and the curtains were filthy. Unsure if blood splatter or coffee. No threat felt by tenants. Served it’s purpose for quick weekend but definitely wouldn’t have been comfortable if i was traveling alone. Front desk at check in did job but not engaging or really interested. Was watching phone just gave directions to room, took id and payment. No directions on any amenities available.
