I've been trying to change my check-in date from the 5th to the 14th via email before I even arrived, but I never received a response. When I arrived at the hotel and requested the date change, I was denied. Consequently, I ended up paying for 12 days but only stayed for 8. The front desk told me they couldn't assist because my booking was through Expedia. I then contacted Expedia, who informed me that the hotel had declined my refund request.
I wasn't even at the hotel from August 2nd because I had a separate booking at palm jumerira from the 2nd to the 5th. Additionally, I checked out on the 13th, not the 14th, due to a late flight. Despite explaining this to the manager, he said no refund would be issued for checking out early. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I feel like my money was wasted.
