Anniversary trip
What a beautiful time of year to visit the inn and grounds. Loved the trails and so did my beagle! The breakfast was delicious! The whirlpool was great. I do wish I could have chosen a different room but overall it was fantastic. I recommend looking at pictures of rooms on actual website and maybe calling them before booking they have so many different rooms and locations on the property which is hard to tell on hotel.com.

Wonderful location - quiet and tranquil for a relaxing reset from a busy schedule or romantic getaway with walking trails and great views throughout the property. Excellent food…dinner was well presented and delicious - We have had dinner in many upscale restaurants and hotels and our meal was equal to that. Compliments to the Chef and kitchen staff. Breakfast was just as delicious with a continental help yourself station and then a-la carte menu selection. Breakfast is Included. Overall the staff were professional and friendly. The property was acquired this year by a new owner and is being managed by a hospitality group. They have done great improvements to the overall beautification and it looks fabulous. I had a chance to view some of the rooms - love the different options and there are many choices depending on your needs - couples or entire families and definitely a place to hold a family reunion - you would feel at home here. Definitely a beautiful wedding venue. My last comment is not a criticism as I am sure the interior room renovations are in the process. They need a little more attention to detail - a few simple interior design details and the accommodations would take them from 3 star to 5 star. ( Having been in the hospitality business for 30 years, the old adage that the devil is in the details is absolutely true!) Certainly would not deter me from coming to stay again, and I certainly look forward to my next visit. Most certainly a hidden gem.

staff was very pleasant! the room really clean! the whirlpool amazing! just wish there was a tv in the room with the whirlpool. The AC did not work in the room with the whirlpool but there was a window we could open to help circulate the air from the other room. Just the only thing was a little confusing on where the actual office was. Will definitely be back!

Very nice romantic get away for our anniversary! Friendly staff. Our first room was in the main barn and the AC unit was dripping water so they moved us and gave us an upgrade. We liked the upgraded room so much better in the Carriage House. Both rooms had a spa tub which was relaxing and we also booked a couples massage that was wonderful! Dinner was high end for special occasions and delicious! Pool area, landscaping and trails were very well kept. We would definitely stay again!

Our Favorite Local Getaway
As new parents, we don't get a lot of free time or have the ability to get away much. We live within an hour of this property, so it's the ideal spot to escape for one night of rest and relaxation (and we can return home quickly if there's an emergency with our child). This fabulous gem of a spot is our favorite mini getaway location, and we've been here three times so far this summer (we discovered the place last summer). We love lounging by the pool and we always get a room with a whirlpool tub (which is massive and comfortably fits two people) to enjoy some relaxing soaking. The beds are comfortable and the AC works great, which is much-appreciated with how humid this summer has been. We frequently lounge in bed after breakfast and just relax. The breakfast is phenomenal and could easily cost you $20+ per person if going out. The grounds are beautiful for a stroll and it's fun to stay in a very unique and historic property that isn't cookie cutter. Every room we've stayed in has been unique/a little different. This property is in the middle of PA wine country in the Lehigh Valley, so we love to grab dinner at nearby Folino Estate Winery (which has a fabulous authentic Italian restaurant and wood-fired oven as well as great wines). We've also had lunch at the nearby Mediterranean cafe, which has wonderful Syrian/Middle Eastern food. We love this place, and we look forward to coming out here whenever we need a quick, restful mini-vacation.

This is the best place I have ever stayed!!! When I walked into the room all I kept saying is WOW look at that! I bet I said it 20 times no joke! From the size of the room, the jetted huge tub, the bathroom and shower, the fireplace, the bed and even the decore! The view was great. You have a farm and ponds to explore. The breakfast was amazing. I can’t enough about this place. Such a great place to even hold a wedding or gathering!10 out of 10 on my scale and will return many times! Soooo relaxing! And they have a spa to get a massage and many other great extras! Go check in for the best stay ever!

I have had many massages, but this was the best I have ever had! The therapist (Dave) knew what they were doing. Pool was clean and warm. Loved the breakfast but feel like the waitress could have used a little support. Did NOT have to wait for a clean table or order, but the attendant had their hands full. The bar area is very uninviting. Not sure if this is your intention, but needs a total overhaul. Overall a great experience and plan to visit again!

RELAXING HAVEN
Great place for relaxing. Very nicely appointed room in the Packhouse. Even though they don't mention it in the description, the room was approximately 900 square feet, which is unheard of.
