Beds looked dirty but bedding was okay. I arrived at night and surroundings seemed a bit sketchy. Rooms are outdated and noisy in the lobby area. Very limited dining. I thought it said free breakfast when booking but nothing available and was not told about it when checking in. Also, we found a roach in the room. But staff were very friendly and were able to help me with my booking problem.

This is a great place to explorer Mexico city. Everything is about 10 minutes walk included the metro stations (can be downside for some people). Great places to eat around the hotel (need to speak basic spanish though). Location in dowtown area Uber works thumbs up. Dowside pillows are flat like pizza.

Overall a good place. Wifi worked great, lots of hot water. Rooms recently upgraded. Neighborhood a bit intimidating at night if youre not comfortable with Mexican side streets at night but didnt feel dangerous. Rooms only ventilation is by opening the window to courtyard which means no privacy and can be noisy at night with the window open. Be sure to request a room far away from the front desk /elevator side. Staff were very helpful.

Cerca del Zócalo de la Ciudad de México, no es una zona exclusiva hay mucho comercio informal, por la noche puede ser muy solitaria la zona, la atención del personal tanto de Front Desk, como la personas de limpieza súper bien; únicamente los señores que atienden el Front Desk por la noche muy mal educados, siempre les saludamos y nunca contestaban. En cambio las chicas que estaban por la mañana y el personal de limpieza 10/10 siempre muy atentos y educadas

Muy buena opción para alojarse. Muy buen servicio de los trabajadores. Habitación limpia y cómoda, con servicio de habitaciones incluido. Con dispensador de agua en el hotel, eso fue excelente. Agua caliente y wifi funcionan a la perfección. Muy fácil para llegar al centro (catedral) caminando desde el hotel. Dejan guardar el equipaje gratis el día del check-out. Algún día hubo ruido en la madrugada por la llegada de otros clientes, pero aún así es tranquilo. Recomendable 100%
