I highly recommend this resort. In particular, I recommend getting a sea view room as the views are beautiful. Great food , staff and pool area. Activities and excursions are on offer but it is a great place to relax and do nothing. I stayed for 7 nights but wish I had stayed longer.

Not far from excellent BUT: 1) Please make it clear on reservation sites that a premium room is between floor 2 to 4 and a select room is betwsen floors 5 to 6. It's not obvious to everyone. 2) Any 4 stars hotel in a hot country now offers a daily bottle of water. You've made progress by offering one on the first day (in the past I had to go to the Spar supermarket when arriving to avoid dying of thirst) 3) You MUST do something about the lifts that are too slow and always full. That is a true painpoint. 4) If you could stop raising your prices by 20¨% per year the clients would appreciate. Other than that thanks to Estefi for everything.

There is no parking. You have to drive the streets searching for a spot, which can be blocks away. This hotel, and probably the entire island, caters to Germans. In fact, 95% of the tv channels at the hotel are in German. I have no problem with that, but it would have nice to know to factor into our vacation plans. Not much to do in sa Coma. The town is closed after about 10pm.

Nice hotel and enjoyed our stay but missing a few touches. Namely; No tea and coffee in the rooms Not much ambience in the dining room. Very bright and no options to sit outside. Also staff were always busy setting up the next meal (breakfast places at dinner and vice versa) which made it feel overly busy. We couldn’t work out how to utilise the themed restaurants. Also the tennis courts mentioned on Expedia are not part of the hotel which should have been clearer. Pool was excellent and the food choices were good. Location was fantastic with easy access to the beach and interesting walks to a castle and coves.

Lovely hotel well located for both Sa Coma and S'Illiot. We had a sea view room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for relaxing and watching the beach below. Everything very clean and lovely variety of breakfast options (did mot choose half board so cannot comment on dinner/theme nights) Charming and friendly staff who thoughtfully put a gift in the room to mark a special occasion. Recommend and would stay again if back in the area.
