So Disappointed
The first cpl of days were ok. We reserved a cottage for 7 nights. Check-in was delayed by 45 minutes. We had a great view of the ocean. I had to request a coffee pot because the one in the room was filthy. The one I was given in replacement was even worse. We were not aware that the last days of our stay a party was scheudled at the resort. Parties are great, but not just outside my door. There were people not registered at the hotel everywhere outside where we were. VERY loud live music for hours into the night for two nights. Intoxicated people were everywhere being very loud. When I really wanted to just relax, there was no way at all to. When I asked the front desk about it they were a bit rude and stated it was Jeep Week and it was part of the event. I was there for Jeep Week, but the party at the hotel was not an official jeep week event as I consulted the scheduled every day. We were never made aware this was happening at the resort until it started. Parking was taken by people that were not guests of the hotel, even parking on the grass. While it started out ok, it ended very disappointingly. I'll absolutely be looking for another place to stay for next year's Jeep Beach Week.
