Excellent in almost every respect
Excellent in almost every respect, staff were welcoming and efficient, breakfast was great and location perfect. Only tiny criticism is we booked a Junior Suite with a sofa bed for our teenage daughter, the sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable and when we booked a room refresh, the coffee wasn’t replenished.

What? No Kettle.
Great stay as always. But for some reason they have removed kettles from the room so I couldn't make a drink when I arrived.
I had to ask at reception who told me they had many in the store room. Very disappointing that such a simple thing can ruin an experience.

Ok stay. Close to city.
Small rooms, typical Scandic vibes. Elevators were a mess, many of them but they were always occupied with people coming in the wrong direction and if someone pressed another floor, your choice of floor disappears.
Perfect air conditioning, nice with TV to stream to from mobile. But very expensive for 1 night passing through Denmark with low level of service and accommodation.

Nice hotell, very nice and clean room. As almost every hotel room there is water all over the bathroom after you shower.
Very long walk to the elevators.
One lesson is that just because it says that something is avaliable at the hotel doesn’t mean it’s free, or even cheap.
I got a mail after booking that said it was at a cost. Pool and parking was quite expensive.

Beds were soft and uncomfortable. Room was poorly lit. Good television, except that the only seating was a bench located under and behind the tv. Bathroom had no shelves for storage. Plenty of new technology, most of it unnecessary.

Large, modern hotel. Regular hotel for flight crews. Over- complicated room lighting. No Air-Con- 'the ventilation system is very complicated sir- it doesn't work if you turn it down to 18 degrees.'
Kettle and Fridge in room was helpful but even if you ask for the room to be cleaned daily (has to be requested) the mugs are not cleaned and coffee sachets/tea bags are not replenished. Frustrating and disappointing.
Superior rooms give an entitlement to breakfast on 6th floor- less crowded and very good range of food.

The first day we arrived we were told that we could not use the restaurant at lunchtime because it was booked out for an event. The following day we tried to use the roof top bar but were again informed that it was booked for a private event. The hotel did not offer any apology or any compensation even though their advertised facilities were unavailable. Having said that the staff were very friendly and the facilities (when available) were very good and the proximity to attractions was great.

Decent hotel but needs some changes!
Great location, really central and by the water. Also amenities, gym/wellness and bikes were decent - but at an additional cost. Unfortunately the hotel room felt a small step up from a hostel. No water available or even a kettle for tea/coffee, pretty basics you’d expect. Even room cleaning service was not included. Towels felt thin and cheap and we had to request new ones daily. Hotels are trying too hard to be eco and losing the magic of customer experience, lush beds and warm cosy towels which feel indulgent on a city break. Plus all these self check-in screens means even less interaction with REAL people. It’s becoming so sterile and unfriendly. Sort it out Scandi!
