Four days trip
This is my second stay at Hilton Cartagena. Property is good. It is on the beach. Cleanliness on beach is overall good. Pools are well maintained. They have multiple hot tubs. That’s a plus. They charge money for the room service coffee. Buy water bottles from airport as they charge for everything in room. I had breakfast buffet only once on my recent trip. It is decent. They can squeeze fresh juice on the spot. They try to compare the service with resorts however they lack a lot of fundamentals. I’d stay here again.

The staff was very nice . Wilson & Gabriel were very nice to our group . The staff at the check in desk were very nice & the security was very helpful to me . The food was good here at the bar & the pool area is beautiful clean had a great time !
