Buyer beware
The room was large and comfortable and we loved the hammock in the room, but we were very disillusioned with the hotel overall. We paid extra to include a daily breakfast and an excursion. When we arrived, we were told “ Excursion” was the use of bicycles for a day. This, is not by any stretch of the imagination, and excursion. My partner does not know how to ride a bicycle and, due to knee problems, I was unable to. When this was noted, we were offered a $10 discount on transportation to another excursion… Which we would have to pay for. $10 off is not commiserate with the amount that we paid for the excursion in the first place. I do not appreciate places that do not follow through on what they offer and I will not stay here again nor will I recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel
The staff were friendly except for the guy offering tours and such. When we declined his offers he became a little nasty. Nice room, good shower and lovely rooftop resto and pool. It's across the street from the ruins, but off the beaten track which was good. We recommend the hotel!

Overall, the experience was good. Customer service was amazing, the food was enjoyable, and the location was perfect if you’re looking to be near the beach without breaking the bank. A few things to note: this is not an adults-only hotel, so be mindful if you’re specifically looking for that type of environment. The all-inclusive service isn’t 24/7 and closes after 10 p.m. The hotel isn’t very close to Tulum city, but there is convenient nearby transportation for getting in and out. Overall, it’s a very good hotel.

My fam/friends and I had a wonderful time at this resort. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. The hotel itself seems to be up and coming so its under repairs , but we still enjoyed our time and look forward to even going back

Chill atmosphere
Overall sensational stay in a minimalist hotel. Did the all inclusive option. The mattress was way too firm for my personal tastes, the drinks at the bar didn't pack any punch (even after having quite a few), and the meal options were quite limited (although everything I tried was pretty good). However, the service was kind and attentive. The design was simplistic and eco friendly. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed, but not in the mix. Overall, enjoyed and would stay again in a heartbeat.

El hotel es lindo, pero las camas son muy duras, la comida pésima, muchas moscas sobre el menú, pedí un omelette y estaba crudo; ruido en la noche.. se escuchaban voces salí a ver que era y la recepcionista estaba hablando por teléfono con la alta voz. Las luces de la recepción son molestas para las habitaciones que están en el segundo nivel, se notan por las rendijas de las puertas. Deberían disminuir la intensidad de la luz por las noches.

Muy agradable estancia, todo el personal super amable y una excelente atención. Las instalaciones están super padres y se siente la buena vibra del lugar. La comida deliciosa y en opción all inclusive excelente en snacks, bebidas, etc. La recomendación sería tener opción a tomar desayuno más temprano debido a que muchos tienen vuelos que salen temprano o inician actividades desde la mañana para aprovechar el día y ahí no vale al cien lo que se paga del all inclusive. En cuestión de la habitación, todo super bien, la cama cómoda, el ventilador muy potente y el aire acondicionado también. La regadera siempre nos funcionó bien, solo al estar el clima super caliente no salía casi fría pero no importó y otra recomendación sería ventilar un poco más el baño ya que si se encierra mucho el calor ahí. Aún con los pocoa detalles, lo vale todo y sin duda me volvería a hospedar en este lugar.
