Spectacular views of Epcot which included their nightly firework show. Lots of room and comfortable beds. Downside Non working coffee maker and the washer dryer was on its last legs. No real response to reports of these minor problems.

Unfortunately not what it used to be.
Have previously stayed here on two occassions pre Covid. Property has certainly disimproved. A lot of the furniture was shabby and requires replacement. The property was not clean and suitable for guests. Cockroaches found in bedroom and bathroom.

A good stay, had all the basics. Pool and hot tub were great. Lovely (sunrise) view over the small lake. Short drive to Disney. Only complaint was that the shower water never got above lukewarm temp, and some of us like a hot shower. Overall I highly recommend.

it was dirty in the room but the housekeeping came in and addressed it and made it right!! we always stay here when we come to florida and we love it! we did check out early because the bed was hurting our backs so the beds could def use some upgrading but for the price I really can’t complain. This was our 2nd visit to Blue Heron and it didn't disappoint. Great location. Suggestions: Update the chipped furniture. Put blinds or shade the windows in the fitness room. The sun is blinding in the morning.

This property is in need of some updating. The check in process didn't work. I was sent an email to fill our registration ahead of time, but the link did not work. Our room needs some updating as well as better cleaning. There were leftover socks as well as a spoon under the master bed. The comforter for the sofa bed was stained and unusable. The drain in the second bath was very slow.

The first room had bugs and was not clean. The hotel switched the room, where we also found crumbs and cereal that wasn’t from us. Was glad they moved the room. Was a little disappointed in cleanliness. The porch also had broken seats so that was a bummer.

Closest I’ve ever been to leaving a reservation. Dirty room, mechanical room left open and it was disgusting, lots of water damage, couldn’t get simple toiletries after 3pm (after a day at the parks), very out of date. Stayed here 8yrs ago but this is not the same place. Unfortunately this will be our last time at this resort.
