Property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and worked to resolve all concerns. Had a little confusion about dropping car off at first return after check in (mainly language barrier) No one we contacted was fluent in English, causing some minor communication difficulties.

Tudo conforme consta nas fotos. Adoramos. Localização muito boa. Somente o quarto que solicitei no site (Luxury) com uma cama de casal, não foi o que ficamos. Ficamos em um quarto com 3 camas, e juntaram 2 camas de solteiro para fazer uma de casal. O espaço da piscina muito quente. Mas no mais, estava tudo maravilhoso!!

Tirando os vendedores de multipropriedade da Laghetto foi muito bom. Esses caras são muito chatos e inconvenientes. Te abordam o tempo todo. Agora o hotel é muito bom, é um hotel novo o quarto é confortável as áreas comuns são boas. O espaço kids é salão de jogos também é muito bom. A cama não é muito confortável, achamos ela muito molenga.
