Booked a night stay here over new year and honestly couldnt fault the hotel its absolutely beautiful 😍 staff are very accommodating and nothing is to much ask for them! Lovely spacious rooms comfortable beds with great views of glashow city and the little tunnoks caramel waffer is a lovely touch! 100% will be staying again.

Not Baby or Toddler Friendly
Lovely hotel but not baby friendly or suitable for young kids under 5. Loads of stairs making getting a buggy in and out a hassle. Parking difficult when you have alot to take for wee ones. Requested a cot twice and even phoned to check, cot wasn't there when we arrived and had to wait on one. Highchairs only suitable for toddlers not babies. No food options for younger kids and refused to heat baby pouches leaving my youngest starving and having to heat a pouch in our hotel sink with boiling water. Customer service when raising these issues was abysmal. Any mother knows how stressful it is not being able to feed your baby, she's 9 months old she can't physically eat off the menu. Great hotel if you don't have kids, would recommend other more baby friendly alternatives. Won't be back.

Wonderful Stay
The river view from the room is amazingly beautiful. It is just a few minutes walk to St. Enoch Centre. Easy to shops and attraction. However, there are steps to get into the hotel and steps to get to the room which is a bit difficult for heavy luggages.
