Esperava mais, sem opções na Tv para relachar após chegar no hotel, apenas alguns canais aberto e um de esporte e um de filme que travavam toda hora. Café da manha bom, acomodação no quarto poderia melhorar, alguns pontos de sujeira, principalmente no box do banheiro, toalhas um pouco asperas

Achei o quarto super simples e bem pequeno em relação ao valor que foi pago e comparado a outros hotéis que já fiquei na mesma cidade e foram até mais em conta, a cama era simples de madeira e não era muito confortável e o ar condicionado não estava esquentando como deveria..

Diária
O local tinha um custo benefício muito bom. Pelo valor da diária está razoável. Porém a cidade de Gramado é muito fria, liguei o chuveiro e esperei mais de 15 min e mesmo assim a água permaneceu morna. Foi solicitado 1 cama de casal e 1 cama de solteiro. Foi colocado duas camas de solteiros juntas, e isso incomodou bastante, pois elas se separavam.

BANHO FRIO NO INVERNO
Terrível! Chuveiro com água fria em pleno JUNHO! NÃO RECOMENDO! Nossa reserva era do dia 10/06 até o dia 12/06, ou seja, no inverno. Dia 10/06 Chegamos e fomos bem recepcionados, até aí tudo ok. De noite, quando fomos tomar banho, o chuveiro simplesmente não aquecia. Mas relevamos por ser tarde. Dia 11/06 No outro dia, avisamos os funcionários no café da manhã que o chuveiro estava frio, foram duas funcionárias verificar, uma simpática e outra debochada. Ligaram e estava quente, pensamos que o problema estava resolvido. Chegando de noite, lá pelas 23h fomos tomar banho e estava frio novamente, fui até a recepção, havia um jovem assistindo anime, o que não tem problema, mas enquanto eu falava do chuveiro ele não me olhou em nenhum segundo. Seguiu assistindo seu anime e me disse: “ah, como tem poucos hóspedes desligaram a caldeira do chuveiro, não tem o que fazer” PASMEM, ele realmente me disse isso! Tomamos novamente banho frio! Dia 12/06 Acordamos, tomamos café da manhã (que é bem ruim, aguado e as funcionárias literalmente não se importam contigo) e fomos tomar banho, e adivinhem? NOVAMENTE FRIO! Enfim, não recomendo, foram totalmente indiferentes conosco!
