Very nice stay at Hopkins Bay. We traveled all over S. Belize so Hopkins was a great choice. Staff all over resort were friendly and helpful. The Rhum Shack restaurant had really good food though you couldn’t select lunch items for dinner making the menu very basic. Not resort issue but bring deet or something to help with sand fleas- we got eaten alive

The resort was not only a beautiful property, but it also included things like bicycles, canoes, and games, which meant there was plenty to do! They offered optional adventures at an additional cost; the one we tried—an evening hike at a nearby wildlife reserve, was great. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals at reasonable prices and the two pools were a good place to relax. On top of all that, the staff was friendly and helpful.
