Not Happy!!
I selected this hotel because I wanted an indoor hot tub/pool. When I arrived at about 4pm, I was told the hot tub was being fixed but the guy was almost done. About 30min later the out of service sign was down, than a few min later it was back up. I asked and was told the manager needed to come in and reset the alarms? Hours later I asked again and was told the manager still didn't come in. I guess it was too much for the manager to fix it. Also the room smelled like dirty socks.

The stay was very good. There was no issues and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and quick. Definitely returning to this hotel. The only thing is that the bed sheets/blankets should be changed as they seem a little old and not so clean.

So so hotel
The room on first floor had a chemical cleaning smell to it. The bath tub faucet was about to fall off the wall whentried to turn shower on. Extremely noisy during the night. The room in second floor was really nice and had no issues.

Usually good, but noisy if in a room facing 6th st
I have stayed at this hotel before while catching flights at the airport. Always clean and comfortable. This time, however, I was given a room that faces 6th Street and it was noisy most of the night. There is a distribution center located across the street and there was on going truck noise...beeping from trucks backing up, loud bangong noises from dumping and unloading. Not an easy place to get some sleep.

customer service was terrible, called prior to arrival to confirm room type was assured that room was a suite with separate sleeping and living areas, which was what we wanted since we were traveling with our 2 teenage daughters, when we got to the room it was a standard hotel room with a king size bed and sleeper sofa, when I asked at the front desk if we were mistakenly not put in a suite I was told that was a suite, that the sofa made it a suite. You could reach out and hold hands with the person sitting on the couch from the bed. If I had known that I would have reserved a room with 2 queen beds rather than a couch. Also, room was dingy and bedding for pull out couch was dirty.
