Great location and amazing service. Federica went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very kind and helpful. I'd love to return to beautiful Venice, and if I do, I'll definitely stay here again. Walking distance to train station and tons of restaurants within a couple of blocks.

Liked the property. Safe, clean, lots of good restaurants near. The room had a couple of minor maintenance issues, but nothing affecting our stay. We checked in late at night at the neighbor restaurant as described in the reservation. When we got to the room, the AC was not working and the room was therefore unbearably hot. Also, there was mold in the shower and under the panels of the window and also the sink placed in the room was not fastened and it was a shared bathroom.
