The whole experience at E1 Suites and Spa was perfect, from the check-in to the Spa and the food at the restaurant in the lobby. The room was clean and perfectly stocked with all the amenities you'd need and expect from a studio apartment.

The Checkin process is electronic and they use WhatsApp to help communicate to complete the registration process. The 20 floor apartment complex features a healing spa in the basement that must be booked a day in advance because they want everyone to enjoy the 2 hour spa experience with limited noise.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious with good amenities provided in the room. The accommodation was in good proximity to the airport and town centre, with decent transport links by bus, e-scooter and walking. The check in process was unusual, with someone present to physically check you in during a 2 hour time window, however the instructions for an out of hours check in was clear and easy to follow.

The place its self was fine. The messaged incessantly, non stop and it was annoying. The price listed is not the price. You have to pay a separate cleaning fee that made the price not as affordable as it seams. Says it has parking but it is a stacker parking and most car rental insurance doesn’t cover that. They really want you to check in between 3-5 pm which makes travel plans difficult. There was no insulation in the walls and people walking in the room next to us sounded like they were playing soccer. Just get a regular hotel and save yourself the headache. If you do book know that Apple Maps will take you to a slightly different location.

Genuinely cannot think of anything that could have made our stay better. Nikki greeted us and was super helpful, giving us local knowledge and advice about where to go and what to do. Complimentary drinks waiting in our fridge, spa access (and the staff there were super friend helpful too!). Room was immaculately kept and the location was great (if a bit scary to look up and see THE ROCK looming over us! SUPERB!!!! Wish we had more time to stay longer, but will definitely be back!❤️

Very reasonable place to stay in Gibraltar… close to the border. Make sure to book car parking in advance or you might be left out… they have a car lift that can only hold a limited amount. Great restaurant on first floor with friendly staff and delicious food. One inconvenience is that you have to schedule the gym time you want to workout and they won’t allow under 18 years old. I booked to be able to workout with my 16 years old athlete, and they wouldn’t allow.

Had a fantastic time staying at E1 suites for 5 days in June. Room was clean, spacious lots of amenities and complimentary drinks and snacks. Bathroom was lovely too. Lots of space for clothes and kitchen had everything I needed. Air conditioning was super helpful and the bed was very big and comfy. Balcony had a great view of the sea and the rock, it is a very small balcony and you have to put up with the air con generator next to you as well. That would be my only minor criticism for what was a very enjoyable stay. Not to mention how great the spa was 😁 cafe downstairs in the reception area is very handy but a tad overpriced, you can get the same to-go items such as a bottle of water and snacks from any nearby petrol station for much cheaper. All in all a great place to stay and would definitely stay again 👌

The room was modern and had all we needed. The spa was amazing. We didn’t have the breakfast as we went to the supermarket down the road and cooked our own breakfast. The location is good for the airport 10 min walk and a 15 min walk to the main square for shops and restaurants. Also 15 mins walk to marina area. Road outside is busy and very windy at times. The only one negative is that the wind causes a whistle noise through the apartment not sure if this is through some kind of vent maybe. It was quite annoying at night when trying to sleep. It didn’t bother my son so maybe just that I am more sensitive to annoying noises !
