Best floor is the 6th
We were upgraded to the 6th Elite floor. Loved the experience of the private patio, coffee and pastries in the morning, and views. The three night stay we had (2 adults and a child) was nice. Beds were comfy and looked elevated off of the floor with a night light at the bottom. My daughter lounged every day all day on the chaise. Drawback is no microwave to reheat food. Love the newer amenities and I'm going to find out where they got that awesome bathroom mirror from! Become an elite member!

Room was clean. Front desk staff pleasant. Service at the bar was very slow and server accidentally overcharged me $30 for “add chicken”. She didn’t present a bill initially and so I had to pay first and then the bill could be printed and then the error corrected afterwards. She said, “wow. I’m glad you caught that.” Also little disappointed I had to pay $28 to park in an unprotected just general lot— like if Walmart made you pay to park while shopping…

Lifesaver During Recent Fire

Not a very comfortable stay
The hotel itself is clean and bright but there was hardly any staff, only one person at reception, despite checking in almost two hours after the earliest posted check in time we were told housekeeping was still cleaning our room, and asked to wait 15 minutes. And by the looks of the about 6 or 7 other couples in the lobby waiting our room was not the only one. We then waited almost 30 minutes till the receptionist gave us our key cards then mumbled inaudible directions and walked away as we tried asking her a question on parking. The room was okay, sheets a little uncomfortable. The constantly illuminated light on the smart mirror in the bathroom and the outdoor noise made sleeping a little uncomfortable as well. And for some reason a housekeeper started knocking on our door around 9 in the evening as we were settling into bed, and then ran off as I was approaching the peephole, never did follow up on that one, may have been an honest mistake on her part but certainly added to an already uncomfortable stay. No plans on staying here again and would not suggest it if ever asked.

Bad due to conditions
I stayed in Cambria from 12/23 - 12/27. Day 1 checkib was smooth. Day 2 hot water running requested for room to be cleaned. I left came back later that night room not cleaned. Strike 1. Next morning 12/25 not hot water. I thought maybe the water had to heat up or something. Silly me. I go to the front desk the young lady states they are aware the hot water is out. I asked her did they let patrons know of this water outage. She just looked at me and stated someone would be in later during the day. I leave go about my business. I had plans it's Christmas. We get back to the hotel. I immediately go to the front desk and ask about the water. It was still out. Next morning no hot water at 12 o'clock in the afternoon still not hot a water. Meanwhile the phone in the room doesn't work. I spoke with front desk about that and having my room cleaned again. I came back that day. Hot water was restored later and the beds in the room were made. The hotel did not offer anything for the inconvenience. I had to ask to be compensated. Mind you management was not onsite until the 26th and if he/she was. They hid like a coward. I was compted one night and parking. It gets better people. I check out 12/27. I received a call on the 28th. Didnt answer from Cambria. I then get a call on 12/29 from the front desk aaking if ill be checking out because i left things in the room. Isay to the gentlemen i spoke with. I have checked out on friday morning at 5:30 am. I looked in mbank account and Cambrias

On Christmas eve at 3pm hotel lost all hot water and it wasn't fixed by Christmas night as we checked out. Also had an annoying way to pay $24 a day for parking with QR code. I will never stay there again. Sorry!

New hotel, very clean and the rooms are comfy. We stayed 3 nights, but I don't know why one day I heard the planes from Burbank airport early morning. I did not hear that the Other days. Easy access to HW5 and restaurants.
