Amazing holiday experience at this hotel: super tasty food, extensive choice of drinks and cocktails, super attentive and welcoming staff. Cannot thank you enough: attention to all guests, all staff goes extra mile, excellent service. My mum had a birthday and a treat was waiting for her in the room. No request is a trouble for staff. It was all very good. The personal is awesome and the food was realy good. The room was super clean and very nice. The kids pool had no shade and no toys for the kids. Also did the entertainers not let our 15 month old play at the kids disco, this was sad because she did like it a lot.

The best was the personell as well as the food and beach. The Entertainment Programm is a bit over the top. There could be more Programm like acoustic Guitar, soft Music so that one have their Programm and other guests can enjoy their peace during holiday. Every day is too much. Nevertheless the personell tried to be helpful and always looking for a solution. All in all we had an enjoyable yet not too peaceful vacation.

Von außen ist die Hotelanlage sehr gut und sehr schön. Von innen war zwar alles sauber, aber zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel muss dringend renoviert werden. Mit einer schöneren, gemütlicheren Einrichtung der Zimmer wäre das Hotel hervorragend. Denn sonst passt alles. Super Personal, sehr gutes Essen, man kann sich sehr gut erholen.

Bellissima struttura, staff disponibile, il buffet sempre vario e molto abbondante, spuntini e bevande illimitate( anche alcoliche) e l'hotel offre molti servizi extra tra escursioni e noleggio di qualsiasi tipo di mezzo per spostarsi. Complessivamente siamo stati molto bene ma ho qualche nota negativa: - Le camere sono datate rispetto al resto della struttura; - Il mare ha un fondale algoso, quindi se è agitato salgono tutte a galla e l'acqua a riva diventa marrone. L'ultima settimana di agosto è stato sporco di alghe e agitato per tutto il tempo. - Nei dintorni non c'è quasi nulla e occorre noleggiare un'auto per girare. Risparmiatevi il giro nel trenino che è veramente squallido.

Ce que j'ai apprécié: Le staff est très à l'écoute et très attentionné. La nourriture est variée et délicieuse. L'hôtel est au calme et le bâtiment est spacieux. Les points négatifs: Les chambres doivent être rafraichies et modernisées. Mauvaise connection WI-FI sauf au lobby. La posizione dell'hotel rispetto al mare è molto buona:la piccola baia di fronte all'hotel è perfetta per lo snorkeling e il nuoto. La profondità è piuttosto bassa quindi tutti possono nuotare comodamente. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è una canoa e un pedalò. Importante: per godersi al meglio la baia sono necessarie le scarpette da scoglio L'hotel è un po' isolato, quindi è meglio avere un'auto, soprattutto se avete intenzione di visitare altre spiagge/siti storici Abbiamo trovato uno staff molto cordiale e la qualità dei pasti offerti è molto buona (cucina semplice,ingredienti sempre freschi e di qualità). Gli ospiti erano principalmente composto da famiglie, il che rende un luogo ideale per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante. La nostra camera era pulita con un bel balcone. Punti da migliorare : i mobili della stanza erano parecchio datati (non vale per tutte le camere) La struttura non è molto grande anche se ben organizzata, quando gira a pieno regime potrebbe risultare un po' affollata.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, very clean and good covid controls in place without making it overly intrusive. Guests overall were respectful of the covid rules making it pleasant and relaxed. Rooms are a bit dated, but given that most time is spent outside, it did not matter to us.
