I am very disappointed in this hotel and will NEVER stay here again. I have stayed here multiple times before, and even reserved this hotel for my son when he visited Istanbul. This week I had a business trip in Istanbul and decided to booked this hotel again. I selected "reserve now pay later" option and gave them a call at 7:30 pm the day that I am supposed to check in, right after my meeting ended, to let them know I am on my way. The front desk employee, his name was Erkut, said that my reservation was canceled because I didn't check in at 4 pm. I have stayed at hotels all over the world for work, and have never experienced this. I told him that nobody gave me a call to let me know my hotel stay was canceled, and he said "we are allowed to cancel anyone's stay if they don't check in by 4 pm". When I asked him where they stated this on their website, he couldn't answer me. The staff also did not take any responsibility for my cancelation, and were arrogant on the phone. I had to find a new hotel at 8 pm after a long day of meetings in Istanbul, a busy city this time around, for absolutely no reason. And please note that I have stayed at this hotel multiple times before, so they have my info in their system along with my phone number and previous stay infos. I have never heard of a hotel that cancels a reservation because the customer decides to check in at 8 pm instead of 4 pm. Horrible customer service. I will never recommend this place or stay here again.

Good hotel, only few things to improve.
Pros: nice location Staff were fine and attentive, relatively quick check-in Good swimming pool+ facilities + gym Room service food was good. Cons: Tried to charge me for a swimming hat and would accept “cash” as machine was down. Feather pillows, I am allergic so this was not ideal. Can be quite loud and you can hear cars beeping horns etc… so if you’re a light sleeper this could be a problem. But overall good hotel.
