We’ll I didn’t actually stay at the place and it seems like a nice property when I booked the actually property I did all required forms and payment and well after doing it, the informed me they had ddouble booked the property. And on top of that they said they could do nothing at all to help. Totally just getting stonewalled by them not even apologizing but saying we willl not help you at all you have to get the refund from hotels.com and it wasn’t so much about the refund just the way it was handled which I felt like made me do extra work to get a refund for they’re over site
