Literally everything about this stay was great! Room was spacious with a tv that swiveled from the living room to the bed. Beautiful of the ocean. Comfy bed. Awesome shower. Friendly staff. Food selection was good although it could have been a little hotter. Plenty of parking and luggage racks. Everything clean and great condition. Eastlake access to the beach and town.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were great. Large rooms, comfy beds and pillows which is very important to me. The only con for me was always sausage for breakfast. No type of potatoes or bacon or biscuits. Something different than sausage. Overall great stay!

Fantastic Holiday get away
Had a great time at the residence Inn in Galveston, Texas. Went for the Christmas holiday. We brought decorations and decorated our room and all of the employees loved seeing what it looked like. Such friendly staff! Breakfast was always great! Amazing view!

The overall experience for my family’s hotel stay was amazing. We enjoyed everything about the room, area and the amenities were great. Now charging for parking is something that should be made known to the guest, and maybe that is Hotel.coms issue because I didn’t read anywhere where I had to pay for parking, none the less it didn’t deter the overall experience of my family’s trip.

Pleasant stay but watch your charges.
The hotel was clean and pleasant. THe rooms were spacious and I loved that. I would have given this hotel a 5 stars for the hotel itself, but after I checked out, I realized that they overcharged me for the room. I did go through hotels.com and the price I was quoted was different from what I was charged. I contacted the hotel and never heard back from them. I will definitely request a receipt next time. Also, there was never anyone at the desk. I had to wait twice for service. It took over 10 minutes for the female to come to the desk so that I could check out. I packed my car and came back in hopes that someone would be at the desk.
