Possibly the worst accommodations of my entire life.
Only needed a place to stay for the night between a flight and a train ride but the whole thing turned into a complete disaster.
We arrived at 8pm, when check in is supposed to be ready for 3pm, and are told that the room isn't clean yet and we have to wait for 2 hours before we can go up. By the way, the person telling us this is just a random man outside the building in a baseball cap and a backpack, not even a front desk staff person. He offered to watch our luggage for us, but who the hell even is that guy? Why would we trust him with our bags? Absolutely not.
We wait the 2 hours and are supposedly given an upgraded room for our troubles. It was Water Damaged to the point that the floor was a hazard to walk on, both my husband and I stubbed our toes and tripped multiple times in the night.
There were two bathrooms and only one of them had a working tub- turning the handle did nothing and it looked like it might fall off at the slightest breeze. The floor in the working bathroom was disgustingly dirty and water stained- it was clean the toilet had overflowed and noone had done anything about it because that's were the hall floor damage was, as well as a missing chunk of drywall at the bottom of the wall dividing the bathroom from the hall.
Will never stay again and highly encourage others to do the same. It's not worth the headache.
