Worth considering
Good: ample parking, excellent breakfast, great staff, clean, free WiFi. Other: heating doesn't come on until 1700 so in afternoon in Winter it is cold. Interior door did not close properly. Heated towel rail did not work. Tiles in bathroom replaced with plastic sheet (presumably to allow access to plumbing). Wardrobe did not have a light and contained hangers, an ironing board but no iron.

The hotel had three seperate parties running in their function suites that night. The noise from guests outside the hotel was absolutely insane, it was honestly like being above a nightclub 👀 I phoned to complain just after 11.30 and told that there's not much they can do since the function rooms are open until 1am.

The noise from the function suite was awful, reception desk right beside function suite with so many drunks. Facilities in the room very poor, shower head wouldn’t stay up, toilet seat was broken, paper holder was broken. Taps very difficult to adjust temperature for shower. Generally very poor and noisy hotel.

Functional good parking
Great location with plenty of parking. Upstairs restaurant looks recently refurbished and nice choice of breakfast items. The bedrooms require updating and mine did not have a mirror in the bedroom. Suggest if booking at a weekend to request a room not over the function rooms as these can be noisy. Or take earplugs. Staff all helpful and polite.
