Overall good. However, there are a few aspects that need improvement:
1. The few number of lifts for the large number of rooms, makes the waiting time painfully large.
2. There is no phone in the room, actually there was a phone, but we were told that, we have to come down to the reception for any support. Again, with the few number of lifts, it really discourages one to go down and talk to the reception, if one needs any help/assistance.
