I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked my stay almost a month in advance, paying the full amount upfront, only to be denied check-in upon arrival. The property management informed me that I needed to pay additional charges due to an alleged pricing error, despite my booking being confirmed and fully paid. This situation caused me significant stress and disruption, as my booking was just hours away from my stay. I had all the necessary confirmation details, yet the management refused to honor the agreement. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this property, as my experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when you’ve already paid in full. I would also recommend contacting the booking platform directly if you encounter similar issues, as I had to rely on them to address the matter.
