When we arrived (with 2 little children) we couldn't get in as the gate was locked. After 20 min of calling out a teenage boy showed up and made comments in not very pleasant voice that we were supposed to get a gate code to let ourselves in. But we never received any instructions!! Then he couldn't get into a small safe on the outside wall of the "office" where our apartment keys were locked in. After another few minutes a teenage girl appeared and unlocked it. When we finally got into the apartment it was well under our expectations. Nothing like on the photos advertised on the web. Moldy bathroom, stained carpet, armchair with rips.(happy to send you my photos). Kitchen had very basic equipment(like what you don't want in your kitchen you put it there). Moreover, despite leaving 2 voice messages on the owner's phone (office is open 2pm-5pm) we never got wifi password- again misleading info on their web. We had an allocated parking spot but there was constantly other car parked (i have a photo). We advice the owner but he never called back. I'm able to overlook all that, but to have an instruction from the owner in writing that if I leave the place unclean and unsalable he would charge my credit card.There was a hoover (and no hair dryer) to remind me to vacuum before I leave. I'm sorry for this long feedback but we feel very disappointed and misinformed. I'd like to suggest you to research properties before you advertise them on your web. It makes you a bad name as well.
