Fabulous hotel. Very central - however ongoing works at Leeds Station make walking for my elderly parents to the hotel from the station a challenge, but not the hotels fault and not permanent

Beautiful hotel, all staff were really friendly. The room was really nice and comfortable. Could not fault anything except there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom. So we had to get into the shower to use shower gel to wash our hands. Loved the rooftop bar

Brand new hotel so ask clean and tidy. Very comfortable room and bed. Staff were brilliant and very friendly. The rooftop bar is brilliant but we didn't eat at any good the restaurants.

Brand new hotel, nice but no wow factor. Public areas do but the rooms are quite plain and basic but everything you need. Much prefer Malmaison which is nearby.

Aesthetically a very nice hotel. Wasn’t any toiletries in the room to wash hands etc. not ideal. No quick check-out option and had to queue with only 1 member of staff on the desk. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.

Rand new hotel, only 3 days old when I visited. Excellent position in the city, quiet city location, rooftop bar and restaurant. Few teething problems with staff training (or lack of). It these will get ironed out in the short term.

For a new property, it is clean with nice decor but lacking in quality and amenities. Positives: Large, fluffy towels Good location Beautiful lobby/reception Negatives: No hand soap or body lotion that you expect most decent hotels to have No water machine or towels in gym TV stuck on welcome message and unusable Staff at restaurant entrance not the most attentive and chatting to each other Sausages poor quality No electric shaver points in bathroom Bathroom feels cheap and plastic

Avoid!

Style over substance. The rooms are hermetically sealed (lots of panes of glass) and over heated. The air conditioning cannot be regulated effectively and consistently (hotel cost cutting?). I changed rooms 3 times and the temperature still rose during the night. Avoid this hotel if you want a good night’s sleep - especially in the summer months.
