TINY + BAD VENTILATION + BAD POSITIONING OF AC
TINY space with no ventilation in room or bathroom other than windows with NO SCREENS. We found multiple mosquitoes and spiders on arrival because the balcony was left open slightly. When we closed the windows, it was so humid and uncomfortable. We had to have the A/C blasting to help with the humidity, but the bed was positioned right under it, so our HEADS had to deal with direct COLD AIR BLASTING.

Bine placé, au calme mais chambre borgne
C’est plutôt un Airbnb qu’un Hôtel d’ailleurs nous n’avons vu personne car on vous transmet des codes pour les serrures électroniques. La chambre est bien équipée et la literie confortable. La plupart des chambres sont des chambres borgnes sans fenêtres avec une l'humidité stagnante. C’est bien placé et silencieux

Not worth it
Hubby and I stayed 2 nights in room #1. Room itself is very small. We are not large people and are very minimalist, but this room was beyond that. One small aisle to walk through, one person had to crawl into bed via the end bc the bed is rammed against the wall. There is only one window and it's the big patio doors at the end of the bed. No screen, so we could not sleep with windows open. Air conditioner worked great but it's right across from the bed on the wall and I woke up with a cold and sore throat due to it blowing on me all night. Bathroom: it's huge, which I don't care about bc I don't spend a lot of time in there. Half of the room is the open shower, which had no place to set shampoo bottles, etc. those are set on the sink vanity so you walk over there dripping wet and get the rest of the area around the vanity wet. The bathroom door is just a slatted wood door so if you like to hear all if your partners bathroom sounds, this room is for you. Now to the worst part of the room: the entrance door is frosted glass, letting the two blaring lights from the back hallway shine directly into the room it was bright as day in there all night! Eye masks were provided and we used them but I don't like to and not everyone does. We would have hung some towels over the door but there was no place to clip them. Room #1 also has a leaky pipe right over the door so we got water drips on our heads every time we stepped out. And it dropped on room floor when door was open.

We really enjoyed the experience. The one thing we think they can improve on is the “grab & go” breakfast. It really was pitiful. Luckily we’re seasoned travelers and went prepared with breakfast food.

La propiedad esta aislada no hay nada cerca todo tienes que llevarlo y en la nevera de la habitación no te ponen ni una botella de agua, dice que incluye desayuno y lo que ponen es cafe y galletas las habitaciones son bien pequeñas y no puedes dormur xq pir la ventana entra el sol , una total decepción esa propiedad no vale lo que cuesta .... ,

You get what you pay for…
I wish I would have read the reviews for this property more closely. The location--close to the Luquillo kioskos--is convenient with good restaurant options. The accommodations were clean, and we felt safe on the property. The staff was helpful and responsive. However, there were several things we experienced that will keep us from returning. First, upon arrival, we were greeted by mosquitos inside our room. Within minutes, we both had several bites. A bathroom window had been left open. There’s standing water in several places around the property which attracts mosquitos. As one of the reviews noted, the accommodation is a shipping container, and much smaller than we anticipated. Also, we had barely lukewarm to cold water for our entire stay. We didn’t report it because we assumed that was part and parcel of staying in a shipping container; but I now see from one of the reviews that someone else had that issue, and they were moved into a different room. I wish we’d said something, but if that is a known issue, they should check and make sure the water is hot before assigning a guest to it. About the daily continental breakfast: Be aware that what is offered is not the kind of continental breakfast you get in the States. Each morning there is coffee, bread, a toaster, butter and jelly. There are also individually packaged melba toasts, plus packaged powdered donuts, cookies, and other sugary snacks like you’d find at a convenience store. No juice, fruit, pastries, etc.

I was very happy with this stay, it was peaceful and relaxing. There isn't much in the way of amenities, that's not a criticism, it contributed to the restful quality of the place. There was an issue with the hot water the day we checked in but they got to work on it within minutes and got us in a different room without any hassle. The only real negatives I saw were with the tight parking and the entrance from the road itself. The gate opens very slow and people drive rather fast through that area, I was almost hit several times. Just somethingfor guests to be aware of.

This property is beautiful and well kept. My room was inviting and clean. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay due to the size of our room. If you're a minimalist and you're looking to unplug from television and the outside world, and ground yourself with nature. This is the place! The staff is really nice and make sure they send you all details prior to arriving.

This property has a good vibe, but there is no service on the property and the amenities are very low. The rooms are very small. The ability to store a piece of luggage is not available, with a room that is about 8 ft by 10 feet. There is room to hang only one bath towel, which is not enough with a pool and beaches nearby. Clearly everyone needs to dry beach and pool towels too. There is a very nice woman to call, and she really was responsive. But this is not a full service property, it is barely providing any service. It is a check in system by code on a gate, and getting service requires a call to someone to get help. I myself found this to be a disappointment.

Beautiful modern stay in a shipping container
These accommodations were so nice and modern! The grounds were beautiful, and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, but there were restaurants and beaches within minutes. And how fun to stay in a shipping container! We would definitely stay again!

The host was awesome. The room doesn't have a Tv because it takes away from the essence of truly relaxation, but there's wifi. The room is neat & clean. Everything is just like the pictures shows. Your in the middle of the rainforest. We would visit again.
