Good hotel but ignorant check in process. 😖

The hotel was brand new. Very clean. Nice beautiful rooms. At arrival you must check-in on a machine. I had to enter my name and reservation nr. The machine said it was unknown. I had to call assistance. They helped me out and got my roomnumber with accesscode. When I wanted to access the parking lot, the accesscode wasn't working. So I called assistance and then nobody answered. After a long day of work, this kind of sh1t p1sses me off ! 😠

J’ai essayé cet hôtel et j’en suis très satisfait. Tout est récent, moderne. La chambre très confortable. Expresso et bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre, grande TV. Clim très efficace. Le petit déjeuner très bien également, avec saucisses et œuf brouillés. Peut-être un peu plus de fruits serait bienvenu. Le personnel également très bien, pro et très aimable. Je recommande et y retournerai lors de mon prochain déplacement sur Brest.

Je ne peu que être insatisfait vis à vis de l’hôtel et de sa direction. Suite à une erreur de date de réservation via une plate-forme, j’ai réalisé une seconde réservation à la bonne date pour faire preuve de ma bonne foi. J’ai demandé à pourvoir être remboursé mais ce remboursement n’a pu être réalisé, l’hôtel se réfugiant derrière les CGV de la plate-forme , qui sont modifiables au bon vouloir de l’hôtelier et généralement ajustées en fonction par celui-ci quand finalement la nuit est effectuée à la bonne date! Hors fin de non recevoir de sa part, cet hôtel et ce réseau ne me reverront plus.

Bien sauf l’enregistrement à la borne défaillante.

À l’arrivée, j’ai tenté de faire l’enregistrement sur la borne automatique, vu qu’il n’y avait personne à l’accueil. Celle-ci ne fonctionnant pas, j’ai appelé et on m’a envoyé un lien pour faire l’enregistrement. Ce qui a pris plus de 20 minutes. N’ayant, ni accès à l’hôtel, ni au parking. Franchement pas très agréable. Le reste était bien : chambre, petit déjeuner et personnel.
