Brilliant location and the staff were very friendly and helpful but the hotel needs to be refurbished and I think this has started on some of the rooms as I could hear work being carried out. When I read the reviews I was going to cancel but I was glad I didn't it wasn't that bad

A warm welcome at reception and a clean spacious room. Hotel could do with a refurbishment as it is a bit tired looking. Sleep was a bit disrupted with noise from planes directly on the Heathrow flight path.

Excellent location and staff, ****but the facilities left a lot to be desired. Very dirty, spiderwebs all over the ceiling. broken window. filthy curtains. dark bathroom. dusty, and old. It wasn't worth the money I paid. The breakfast was horrible.

2/10 Buruk

Terrible hotel, Alex Polizi would need a double episode to sort this place out. Everything is terrible and the whole building looks dubious for building control and fire regulation compliance.
