The property falsely advertised they have a pool?? Too my total surprise it was nothing but a livestock watering tank!! I would not recommend staying there!!

Great stay

We had a terrific experience at the Juni and are planning to return. Access to the beach was super easy. We felt comfortable, safe, and extremely pleased. There was plenty of room, and we had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. It looked exactly like the pictures and very clean/quaint! We had a designated parking spot right in front of our door and the beach is only a 10 minute easy walk away. Our only disappointment was the Plunge Pool. It was gross and looked like no one had cleaned it in months. We were hoping to escape the heat, but not in there! :0 The mini fridge kept up pretty well, even though I brought food to cook all week! There is no AC/air vent in the bathroom so it gets really hot in there fast! Opening the windown when it's 90 degrees outside didn't really help, so thank you for the fan we found in the closet. That came in handy in the bathroom after showers. Thanks again for a great trip to the beach. We'll be back. :-) PS - I wasn't able to upload my license to the website to check in due to a glitch, but we called management on our trip down and the lady was wonderful in helping us. :-)

Overall, not bad for the price and location. The unit is a little in disrepair, some doors are difficult to open/close, some of the flooring pops up and down, and the keypad to get into the unit is very scratched and faded. There is no dishwasher, but there is a washer/dryer for laundry, a full fridge/freezer, and a large dining table. The “pool” around back does not look clean enough to get in, but there is a shower and hose to rinse off after going to the beach and those worked just fine. Also, guests should know that 2 bedrooms doesn’t mean 2 bathrooms. There was a single small bathroom shared between the 2 bedrooms. That was really inconvenient, but we managed.

Place was clean and in a decent location. The pool is very decieving tho. It is essentially an above ground metal drinkimg tub for livestock. Its absolutely tiny.

Unfortunately we were locked out our first night and had to sleep in the car. I never received an email that the check in code changed after entering and didnt have a new code to get in my door. Additionally i emailed the owner after booking to confirm it was okay to leave my car while I went in a 7 day cruise. The owner said it was not problem at all and told me the spot number to park in. Upon return from our cruise we had a sticker from law enforcement saying it was going to be towed. Unfortunately not the beet experience. Room itself was fairly clean, comfy bed and spacious. Excellent location. Poor communication tho

The room had ants and the staff were notified and stated there was some spray in the room and to use that instead of offering us another room or money back. The ants were sprayed with raid and came back the next day. They were all in the bathroom and kitchen. Pretty sure it’s from the heat outside but guests should be notified of this before booking and paying their money to stay. Overall place was tidy and nice.

It was a nice space, close to the beach, shopping and everything else we needed. Having laundry and a kitchen made our experience feel more like home and the backyard provided a sunny space sheltered from the wind.

Great stay! Wonderful amenities & supplies provided ! Sink was big ! Microwave and coffee maker worked perfectly, having the fridge & freezer that actually worked was great! Felt safe parking was perfect. Beds were comfy , spacious location.

It was perfect for my children + I . Loved that they had everything we would need for the beach to include toys. The umbrellas we tried were broke though - we made due. We were thankful. The locals on our sunrise walks became friends. Our favorite place for breakfast was the Surfinista ! Ohhhh we also got to watch space x launch a rocket!!
