Very nice hotel. Staff wonderful, can't do enough for you. Only downfall was that when I originally booked the price was quoted in GBP. It advised the hotel would take half the payment straight away. Once the booking was made I received a confirmation in GBP then another in Euros. The Hotel then converted the Euro to GBP and the difference was an additional £44.00 GBP making the exchange rate. £0.98 to the euro as opposed to £1.35 in the shops.

The welcome form the staff here was exceptional. We arrived late and our Sat Nav took us to the rear of the Hotel where a friendly builder directed us to the back entrance to the Hotel, which was hard to see in the dark. Everything in the room was perfect and as described - 5 stats all round thank you

We have been before and it was fantastic and nothing has changed. A wonderful and well run hotel and we will be going back as often as possible.

Stayed in The Sentido Beach Hotel this new hotel just recently opened 2018 everything was good staff were polite and helpful even printed our boarding pass for us to return home.The food was excellent plenty of choices for all nationalities . Rooms were comfortable twin beds small sofa and table tea making facilitys with a mini fridge bathroom shower with his and her sinks and reasonable size balcony with two sun lounger excellent plus TV and telephone .

Physically attractive resort with a club-like atmosphere, partly because most stayers have permanent membership of the resort so are repeat visitors. Staff were charming and helped with small requests. These are real apartments with separate bedrooms and kitchens, not like a hotel. Location is excellent; close walking distance to beach, many good restaurants, and short taxi ride to the Marina and its Aquarium, and Benalmadena town centre with its cablecar and Tivoli park, so an ideal...

We stayed for 6 nights in April and it was our second visit in 4 years. We returned as we found the apartment complex nice and quiet , very clean and well maintained with all the facilities required for self catering. It is located right opposite Paloma Park which is a lovely place to take a stroll with lovely gardens and views. The beach is five minutes walk away and there is a bus stop right outside the entrance to the apartments with frequent buses to Mijas which cost just 1.65 euros each...

The hotel is situated in the centre of Benalmádena Pueblo. We arrived by bus from the airport so we had to walk about 500m from the bus stop to our hotel. There is a taxi rank at the bus stop for anyone unable to walk this distance with cases etc. We are glad we walked as we got our first experience of the beautiful streets, buildings and squares in the Pueblo. Cannot fault this hotel. My wife and I stayed here last year and decided to return again this year. We have never returned to the same hotel before, but we love the Las Arenas. Great location right opposite the lovely sandy, and not at all busy, Bil Bil beach. A short walk down the promenade past lovely bars and restaurants takes you to the beautiful marina. Wonderful hotel, excellent location near to the award winning marina and a short walk from a multitude of shops, bars, restaurants. Good promenades in both directions offering views of the beaches and sea. The hotel is in a prime location and a short walk to the main road through Benalmadena, with plenty of local buses, taxis and tourist information centre. my husband and myself stayed in these particular apartments from 9th June till 18th. didn't have high expectations because we only tend to use it as a base because we tend to go out all day, but, we were pleasantly surprised even on entering the reception area we felt like we were entering a hotel. We as a family of 10 people of varying ages stayed at this hotel for 12days in October Our experience was that of being very happy and satisfied with our stay. The hotel staff without exception couldn't do enough for us, even when something in our room was broken it was repaired very quickly. This is a great place to stay in the heart of Arroya within minutes of the train station. The room we had was absolutely spotless and looked like it had been recently updated. Towels were fluffy and white and changed every day. Sheets were changed every three days and were sparkling white. Wifi was good and no charge.
