Lovely little b&b on Texel in Den Hoorn, quiet village on the south of the island not far from port. Great base to explore the island. Cosy comfortable room and plentiful breakfast, free tea and coffee all day which was bonus
I stayed here with a group of 8 friends on a cycling tour of The Netherlands. This was the favourite hotel of everyone. From the moment we arrived until the time of our departure we really felt like guests in someone's home. Nancy and her team did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome. The hotel was spotless, the service excellent, and the breakfast exceptional. I can high recommend.
This was my second stay and loved it all over again, location is very beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.

Plenty of wildlife and within easy cycling distance to colourful bulb fields, coastal tracks, wetlands and villages. Limited places to eat without transport. The food in the restaurant however is delicious and excellent quality but fairly pricy. Limited choice for vegetarians/vegans. Always at least 2 fish options. Even although builders are hard at work providing 24 more rooms by the summer, the standard and quality of service both in the hotel and in the brasserie (as the restaurant is temporarily closed for building works) were first rate. Het verblijf was meer dan prettig. Fijne medewerker, goed ontbijt en zeer schone kamer. Punt voor Expedia, betere omschrijving van kamer verhuur. We stonden nu voor een verassing van flink bijbetalen. Dit heeft de juffrouw van het verblijf gelukkige netjes opgelost.
