Very cool place, a hotel in the old building of the sailors' school. The building breathes nautical history, yet it has all the modern elements you'd expect from a hotel. We loved this place !

Expensive but high quality. Staff great and hotel facilities what you would expect Only one bar and restaurant but handy for the beachfront with plenty of choice One thing to watch is car parking is very expensive at €45 a night. Shame to rip off high value customers

Lovely clean hotel & rooms. Booked a 2-bed apartment, which had all the amenities you could need with relaxing lounge area. Breakfast had both hot & cold options extra touches of alternative milk options & multiple juice options. Would definitely return.

Excellent facilities, great friendly staff

The hotel is based in a beautiful villa on the moat just outside the city centre of Middelburg, a lovely location to spend a few days in. There is ample private parking, and our room, in the new extension, was tastefully decorated and well equipped. The spacious bathroom had a bath and shower. The continental breakfast buffet was excellent. We would have liked an outside light to enjoy the patio in the evening and the switch for the central light was in the corridor. Only down side was the bed - should have been kingsize but was two singles

Staff were helpful room was well equipped for the budget class. Bit of a walk from centre, but reflected in rate. Good parking for our car with a roof box. Breakfast was great and bed was best bed I’ve slept in at a hotel

Stayed here one night only. Located close to both the beach and the city. Good bar with a good choice.
