I really enjoyed this hotel! The room was a very good size, It has a balcony that I enjoyed in the evenings, with a comfortable bed and a good size bathroom. But the best of all was it's location! Close to the subway, close to the beach and a 7eleven just across. There is a free laundry room in the garage that was very handy. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around, as well as tourist attractions. It is a great place to stay in Busan. Really recommended!

Rented the most expensive room the Signature room advertised as a 3 bedroom 2 bath but the RV outside was a “room” but it wasn’t really a room, more of a hang out for kids and it was dusty. Not to mention that part with the pool was easily assessable to other guests because there was nothing stopping them from coming to our floor. Such a disappointment. The beds and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. The rooms are tiny so no space for suitcases. No drawers for your clothes and the one hanger they had already had two robes so you could only hang 3 other things. No sofa so no living room. Just a dining room with a table and tv mounted on the wall.

It was okay but for the price we spent on the signature room, we expected it to be cleaner and look like the pictures. Those pictures are very outdated. The bathroom was mid. The inside was tiny. Barely space for our two suitcases. The caravan was more for the kids to hang out in not to sleep in but they call it a 3 room when it’s really 2. The pool was more like a giant tub with seating so the kids couldn’t really “swim”. The most annoying part was, for the price of the most expensive room there on the top floor, other people were able to come up to our floor. They should have a key lock for the elevator so no one else could come up to our floor since we’re the only ones aloud up there. This kept us exposed. Middle of the night, another guest came up and we heard them. There is a sign saying it’s for the guests of the room on the 8th floor, however, if we were swimming, it’s all exposed. No privacy. No curtain.. just elevator and boom there’s the glass door and the pool straight ahead. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable. And the living room has no sofa. So it’s more of a kitchen with a dining table and a big tv mounted on the wall but no sofa. There is a pull out bed you could use for the sofa, but we didn’t want to even risk that. Needless to say, we won’t be going back to Brown dot.

노후도가 조금 있는 반면 관리는 열심히 하는 듯 하지만 정말 불편했던건 변기가 계속 막힙니다. 자주 있는 일인듯 뚫어뻥 가지고 계속 뚫어 주시는데 매번 부탁하기도 서로 불편하고 노후에따른 배관이 막히는 현상인 듯,, 가격 대비 가성비 호텔이라 예약했는데 실망입니다.

이번 부산 여행에 있어서 역시 이름있는 체인점 답게 브라운도트 해운대점을 예약한점이 너무나 성공적인 여행의 발판이 되었습니다~ 제일먼저 눈에 띄는건 외관부터 객실 내부까지 깔끔함의 끝판왕 이였으며, 사장님께서 인테리어 하나하나에 초점을 잘 두셨다는게 너무 와닿았습니다~!! 덤으로 이러한 숙소를 사용하면서 다른곳보다 저렴해서 부담되지 않는 금액으로 숙박을 할 수 있어 더욱더 좋았구요~마주칠때 마다 먼저 인사해주시는 프론트 직원분들과 메이드님들도 너무나 친절하시고, 교육이 잘되었다는 느낌을 물씬 받아서 역시 이름있는 호텔은 다르구나 라는 생각이 들어 다음번에도 꼭꼭 다시 이용을 해야겠다는 생각이 들었어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 부산 해운대점으로 인해 전국에 있는 브라운도트 호텔이 제기억속에는 한층 성장한 느낌이 있네요^^ 번창하시고, 다음에 또 뵙겠습니다.~!!

친구랑 오랜만에 여행이라 트윈룸을 예약했는데 공간이 엄청 넓은건 아니었지만 그렇다고 좁지도 않았어요. 각자 짐을 두기에 충분한 정도로 공간은 여유로웠던거 같습니다. 객실은 청결 부분에서 매우 만족하고 위치도 좋아요. 둘 다 너무 만족해서 다음에 부산을 또 방문하게 된다면 이 호텔을 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.
