Great location, Monti is a brilliant area with a mix of local and tourists. You can see the colosseum down the road when you leave the hotel - amazinf Room was huge, with amazing shower.

Unbelievable location. Shops, cafes, landmarks all on your doorstep. <15 min walk to all forms of public transport. Lively area without being crowded. Room was clean as can be and any member of staff we bumped into were lovely.

Apparently, we had their largest room - it was really nice, well appointed. The location is perfect, right on a main street where shops and dining are situated. The only thing I would change would be to have a shelf in the shower for toiletries; I had to step out of the shower to get my shampoo, body wash, razor etc from the sink's counter - there is no place in the shower to store them.

The lady at the front desk was lovely. It was great that they had a small elevator to get upstairs so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up. The soaker tub in the room was a plus, we used it to soak our legs after tons of walking in Rome. Convenient location being very close to the Colosseum. Shower was spacious and good water pressure. Bed was comfy. Complimentary water in the fridge was great.

A short walk to the Colloseum and Metro. Lots of restaurants and shops. Very busy street, but we found it quiet once we were in at night. Large room with tons of storage. Friendly staff and good communication. Make sure you have WhatsApp for communication.

Very helpful manager Giulia; she got our room ready early, help arrange transportation to the airport, provided restaurant recommendations etc. The location was fabulous, near the colosseum, the forum, and other notable landmarks. Also the best bed out of five hotels in Italy ie not rock hard, yay!

Didn’t know there was a spa. Great small wine shop and coffee bar nearby. Staff ok but holiday schedule was a problem when I needed support. This is one of the new virtual hotels which offer privacy and limited support. Great location. Nice room but My side of the hotel didn’t have much natural light. Near station.

Check in experience was difficult. Front desk woman called me 3 times the day of check in to find out my exact time of check in. I came within with allotted window of time. Despite this, I still had to wait for her to get there & she was rude- questioning why I didn’t “register on line” or respond to her messaging me while I was enjoying my vacation. Their site requires a “reservation code” to register, but this is not a number provided by hotels.com, so I could not register. I explained this, but continued to get berated by this woman. Room was clean & beautiful. However, needs more light & mirrors- for makeup, etc. Nice location. Would recommend as long as you cross your ts & dot your is with them.

The location of this hotel is incredible and you are pretty central so you can get around easily. The rooms were also very spacious and well designed. The beds were pretty firm for our liking but the only major complaint was our air conditioning wasn’t working. We’re from the US so not sure if we just have different standards when a hotel says they have ac? We stayed in Rome during the heat wave so sleeping was a little miserable. Overall the property was nice and the communication on WhatsApp was good but for the price we paid I was a little disappointed not having ac.

The initial communications for check in and the final procedure is ridiculous. Required hours for me to get someone to respond a week out to confirm anything. Expedia could not contact them either. At last minute they advised that a phone with an international SIM card was required to get in as they had no staff on site. The front side rooms are much darker than in the photos, the shower floors are dangerously slippery, the lights in the bathroom only shine on one side of your face. Very noisy from the street below. My room had no writing desk, so my laptop stayed on the floor. The staff are very nice, the cleaning is excellent.

Such a great place. Spacious and cool architecture. Massive bath tub and room. Excellent location. You walk out the front door and the Colosseum is right there. Everything is walkable. We even walked to Vatican city. We found excellent food once we got out of the tourist areas. So much to explore and having a comfortable safe place to sleep made rhe trip even more enjoyable.

It’s so close to colosseum that you can see from balcony. The location is amazingly close. There is access to metro but we could also just walk to trevi fountain pantheon.
