I will start off by saying that the apartment itself is beautiful and very comfortable for our group of 7. The view was fantastic, the outdoor patio was great, and we had more than enough space for all of us. However, the listing is not accurate and therefore I would like people to be aware of what they are booking. The listing states that there are "3 beach bars" and a pool. There are no beach bars - this is simply an apartment where there are 2 units connected. Further, the "pool" is just the hot tub, not an actual pool - which was disappointing when traveling with young children. The location is quiet but difficult to access - it is up very steep hills with no sidewalks (and cars/motorcycles zipping around corners). The walk from the beach is only 15-20 minutes, but a very difficult walk for young kids in the heat, such that we were reluctant to go to the beach more than once. You can take taxi's but the cost is 40-50 euros for a 5-7 minute ride each way. There is no address or signage on the building itself making it very difficult to identify - even for delivery drivers. And when we first arrived, we had a hard time finding which building was the correct one. Finally, the host was unresponsive in the 24 hours before our arrival (despite the booking asking us to contact 24 hours in advance to arrange check in). The result was we were left stranded on the street with hot and tired children, unsure whether we would be able to get into the apartment or not.
