Whilst I was originally offered a disabled room which I rejected (I had not asked for one) the alternative was superb. I also had a problem with the shower which meant that we had to shower in an alternative room until this was corrected, so not a good start. Having said that the staff were extremely understanding and helpful and the beautiful location more than made up for these minor irritations. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Lovely clean room and shower room if a little small. Excellent location. Lovely breakfast. Was only there for 10 hours so shame that I did not get to fully enjoy the hotel and location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The local town of Narberth is very quaint with plenty of places to eat and unique shopping. Tenby is close by and we used it as a base for a visit to Skomer Island. It seems there are load of local attractions although we only stayed for a few days so didn't get a chance to appraise these. The staff at Canaston are wonderful and the service was excellent.

Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To secure affordable accommodation in Cardigan, you may discover attractive hotel deals by visiting the Dealsopens in new window section on Hotels.com. For travellers planning a spontaneous trip, the Last-Minute Deals section could reveal discounted rates near your travel date. Additionally, enable alerts to receive updates about flash sales. The Smart Shopping tool, available via the app, allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring that if rooms become available or prices drop, you're more likely to see the best options for your escape.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Being flexible with your travel dates may help you find better rates for your stay in a Cardigan hotel. If you're seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and can sometimes offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we might suggest alternative dates that could offer more affordable options, assisting you in discovering a more favourable deal.
Consider your location: Staying closer to key attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often tends to come with higher costs. To find more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and accessibility to the places you intend to visit. You might also explore independent hotels located further out, which are more likely to offer a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
