We had a fantasy stay at Hotel Aleks! One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. There was a real sense of family towards each other and towards us (as the guests). The presentation of the property, the rooms and the cleanliness was far beyond our expectations. Despite an initial issue with Expedia they accomodated us with kindness. Drejtan could not have been more welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and in a good location only 100m from the bus station and with bars and restaurants around. The hook in the bathroom was broken so there was nowhere to hang towels, and a pair of shapka for the bathroom would have been good, but on the whole it was a very good place to stay. It is up a couple of flights of stairs so it wouldn't be suitable for guests with mobility problems.
