Superb hotel and stay! Club class means first class! Everything was fantastic. Such a happy experience. The staff were all great. The bedroom was very comfortable. I loved the facilities and the coffee bar on the 27th floor. The hotel is very clean and modern. Amazingly located near so much! Highly recommend Club quarters Grand Central!

Our stay at Pod 39 was very enjoyable. The hotel location is perfect. Quiet yet close to Grand Central, Chrysrel Building, Empire State and Times Square, lots of shop and eating out options nearby. The hotel itself is in good condition. Its highlight is the rooftop. In the morning the bar is closed but you can still go there and eat breakfast & enjoy the views. Downstairs they have another bar. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about Kixby. The location is as safe as it gets,easy walking distance from Penn Station if you come in by LIRR/Airtrain from JFK(30 mins hassle free way to get into Manhattan) and the subway is 50 yards from the front door. There are the best selection of bars,restaurants and eateries within minutes of the hotel as well as Maddison Square Garden and the Empire State Building. All of the staff were friendly,helpful and informative,you get a free water...

We stayed as a family of five for three nights. Great location, very near to Times Square. The breakfast had loads of choice. We stayed five in a room which was manageable, but a bit of a squeeze with a glass wall for the bathroom separating it from the sleeping area which wasn’t ideal! Great views as we stayed on 21st floor. We also asked the hotel bellboy to arrange a private taxi to the airport at 4.45am.

Cozy hotel, nice styling, great rooftop bar, comfy big bed. Amazing location. Would stay again. Very small rooms, so not for all people. Rooftop bar had different (less) opening hours than advertised.

Room was great queen bed room. Everything you need Patio was nice to sit out with a drink from the bar. Free tea and coffee at breakfast with a selection of pastries etc to buy. Staff great and helpful

Great location and very quiet on the 14th floor. My only complaint is no mirror in the room. Only mirror was in the bathroom. I had to blow dry my hair whilst looking into a small vanity mirror propped up. I need a mirror to fix my hair in the morning, so do most ladies I imagine.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby. The subway direct up to Times Square was outside the front door. Battery Park and Wall Street was 5 mins walk. Would definitely stay here again if visiting NYC.

Such a great stay here. Right in midtown Manhattan in the heart of the action but at a really reasonable price. The room was small but immaculate. I requested a higher room with a view and the hotel did exactly that for us - the 21st floor with a beautiful view to wake up to. I would definitely recommend staying at CIVILIAN and I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here a few times and every time the staff are always friendly and helpful. Th rooms are always clean and quiet.

Extremely convenient to theatres and subway
